Primary suitability report

There remains one primary suitability report, which sits at the centre of the review. Wider documents provide additional evidence that can strengthen or qualify the review, but they do not replace the report.

Supporting case evidence

Supporting evidence can include fact finds, adviser notes, attitude-to-risk records and other case documents. Evidence obligations can be document-specific, so each document is assessed against the controls relevant to it.

Cross-source reconciliation

Nirio can reconcile the report against the supporting evidence to surface where the case is internally inconsistent — for example, where the report states something the wider case evidence does not support.

Missing evidence vs contradiction

A missing-evidence finding means something expected is not present. A contradiction means two sources do not agree. Nirio distinguishes between the two so reviewers can respond appropriately.

Source provenance

Findings are source-linked, so a reviewer can trace each flagged point back to the document and excerpt it came from.

Remediation

Once evidence has been updated, the case can be rechecked to see whether the finding has been resolved. Recheck does not create automatic suitability approval.

Human Compliance review

Human Compliance review remains central. Nirio surfaces findings and evidence; the reviewer makes the compliance decision.
