Nirio is licensed as an annual subscription product. The structure below sets out Nirio’s general licensing model. It is intended as a simple, credible indication of the commercial position rather than a final quotation.

The pricing above represents Nirio’s general licensing model. Final commercial terms will take account of the anticipated number of licences and agreed deployment scope. For larger deployments, we would agree the final licence structure and commercial terms once anticipated user volumes and rollout scope are understood.
Any implementation or integration scope would be agreed separately where required.
Two licence types, one assurance platform
Nirio operates on two licence types. The standard licence supports individual case review and day-to-day workflow; the Compliance licence provides broader oversight across the advice population. Both sit on the same deterministic assurance platform.
Standard Licence
Case-level review and workflow
- Individual advice and case review.
- Suitability Review and Advice Case Review.
- Viewing deterministic findings and the supporting evidence behind each finding.
- Participation in remediation workflow for the user’s own cases.
- Access to the relevant review history for the user’s work.
- Normal day-to-day workflow interaction with Nirio.
Compliance Licence
Broader compliance oversight
- Population Review across the reviewed advice population.
- Population-level findings and thematic oversight.
- Management Information covering adviser and case trends.
- Drill-down from population themes into individual reviews.
- Wider remediation oversight across the firm.
- Firm Standards administration and configuration.
- Broader reviewer and compliance access appropriate to the firm’s operating model.
The Compliance licence provides broader oversight capability and is included at no additional licence cost for every 20 standard licences. This model is intended to allow compliance oversight to scale naturally with the size of the adviser population.
Final pricing will depend on the number of licences required and agreed deployment scope.
